Amazing to work with in getting products done and at such an amazing price. Ordered 500 shirts on a Monday and had them all done and picked up by Friday and the quality was beyond amazing. I would highly recommend The print bar if you want to do a bulk order with a quick turnaround!
I had a great experience with The Print Bar! I received my order without any delays or issues with the print.
The staff were really helpful and I received regular updates with each stage of the order. They had to order in some stock for me, which had me a little concerned, but this didn't add any delay to my order. I also needed some help with my artwork and they were super responsive.
The t-shirt quality was good (I used AS Colour brand) and my print looked real fresh!
Ensure you order well in advance. I called up and placed a t-shirt order and was assured (twice) that it would be delivered on time (2 weeks notice) by the sales team. The order didn't come in time so I luckily found a last minute option locally (pistol clothing who worked till 8pm on Friday night to get it done... Print bar were well and truly checked out by then). Unfortunately had to pay for 2 sets of shirts due to the print bar's delay... No apology offered, after chasing a number of time for 2 weeks, they offered 15% off yet suggested it wasn't their fault. Suggest looking elsewhere for good service. 1 star is generous.
Hi Justin thanks for your feedback and sorry for your experience. We actually printed your order well before it was due and shipped it out express to you. We have a 7 business day turnaround time and we shipped this out on the 5th business day. (not 2 weeks)
Hi Print Bar... not telling the full story here are we?!. 2 weeks notice with a few holidays placed in between. the fact of the matter that you so frequently seem to forget is that you promised you would have it delivered on time, you accepted payment for delivery (i didn't choose the delivery company) and you then blamed them for not delivering on time. you assured that it would be delivered on time before i placed the order and you assured me when i checked in a second time to see if all was to plan. Take some responsibility!!!
I was very surprised with the high rating reviews when I received the product two weeks later my order.
The T-shirt arrived in a terrible creased condition, wrapped in a brown parcel paper not even fold nicely; looks like a worn T-shirt they purchased from a second hand store then sent it to me.

Absolutely terrible service. They missed 2/3 of my order, I called immediately to request where the rest of it was, and was told that it must have slipped through their quality assurance measure - although they're non-existent. They said on Monday that the shirts would be resent, which I needed for an urgent event the following week. The shirts never arrived. They hung up on my call to request where they were on Thursday, and never called me back. The Friday comes and goes - still no product. Now I've been told that the replacement shirts were never ordered, and there's no record of my conversations. I'm down 3 shirts for an event on Monday, and all thanks to terrible customer service!
