I love love love the shoe superstore!
I shop there all the time and i am 30 years old - they have great shoes for business and even everyday wear - infact i am wearing a pair i purchased from them right now... so so comfy!
I have even gotten my family and friends into shopping with them and they love their shoes and customer service too!
The customer service is always fantastic, the staff there are always as helpful as ever and willing to help me out in anyway possible. Their super rewards program is great, I received a $50 voucher once i spent $500 in store - they certainly have me as a lifetime customer!!!
They are not a discount store, they are a retailer, but have great sales when they have them. I would reccommmed the shoe superstore to anyone!
I got really excited when I moved to North Rocks and learnt about a Shoe SUPERSTORE up the road. However, I was sadly disappointed when I showed up and was ignored. Probably because they sold brands like 'Hush Puppies' and 'Grosby' and 'ComfyPed'. Okay, so I wasn't part of their target market, but I may have been shopping for Grandma...right? Other brands they stocked were Birkenstock (I wear these?!), Kumfs and New Balance..
After checking out the prices, I came to the conclusion that it wasn't a discount store, but a regular retail store.
Located at the Junction on Windsor Road, if you can't buy a nice pair of shoes, you can always get some comfort food: cookies from Subway next door!
