My order was delayed, no customer service would not recommend

Made an online purchase, Paid for along with order confirmation via email. Sleeping giant have now refunded me and the online price changed. Poor form guys

I ordered a Giant villa lift/Drawer Bed Grey Walnut queen. Delivery was made in two rounds due to not delivering the whole set in one go. And when our handy man started to assemble the bed, "Bad Drawer Box" cartoon was of white colour instead of Grey walnut colour.

I called Auburn store to fix this issue but one of the staff member was really rude and disgraceful. I had a very humiliating experience. She was very loud over the phone and didn't seems to help me at all.
I heard very good reviews of your products but this whole experience is shocking for us.

Came today afternoon to buy 3 beds as we we came earlier. In the shop for 15 mins. The salesman and saleswoman busy chatting. They didn't acknowledge us nor greet. We waited and a couple walked in. The saleswoman straight away came over and asked if they needed her help. She walked pass thru us and walked back not even look at us which standing 2 meters away. We got up and walked away. $15000 worth of sales now gone to Snooze store next door. Attitude like these sales person that sleeping giant keep in their company
...for sure i will be spreading the word thru social media. I will definitely warn people shop o somewhere else. No wonder so many negative feedback for Sleeping Giant
Shouldn't hire people that has no skill and no manners.
I am glad not spend my money there today or ever.

Had a terrible experience with this company
No screws delivered for putting our bed together, when we called to notify them of same we were told to sleep on the floor!!
We then had to call out to the store to pick the screws up on our own time,
When we finally get the bed together we discover that we have been delivered the wrong mattress
