I contacted The Travel Doctor at Southgate to enquire about making an appointment for an upcoming trip. The person I spoke to was extremely rude, dismissive and condescending. I have never been made to feel this way as a patient when speaking to anyone at a medical clinic like I did here. If the level of empathy and professionalism displayed by this staff member is indicative of the culture fostered at this practice, then I would recommend any prospective travelers seek medical advice elsewhere.
