The Tropical Coffee Inn

bought something here for our kitchen.It didnt work the way it should.Called up and was told can have refund or exchange by the management. Went in and was told can only exchange.Was very dissapointed. So then ordered and paid the extra for another appliance.Went in a week later and picked it up .Dissapointed as it was not same as I ordered.Dont want to argue with them any more so will never go back again ever.Have found terrific shop selling same stuff and more elsewhere.So will go there from now on.

I have been a loyal customer for many years. The owners Clay & Chris, have a very respected buisness. I am acknowledged by my name if I call or walkin. The girls are all very friendly, even under pressure. It has to be the most popular and busiest coffee shop in Taree. The food is awesome and the coffee's to die for. My fav brekkie and lunch spot. Only down fall.. not open 24 hrs..

I could not believe the nerve of the people in this place . First we spend $95 in the shop they have attached to the Cafe on odds and ends , then we buy $10 worth of takeaway Coffees from them but decide we would like to stay and have some breakfast . We sit down at a table and this rude Barrista comes over and tells us we can't drink our takeaway coffees in the cafe , and asked us to LEAVE . The rest of the staff behind the counter were looking at us as though we had two heads . It was quite a pity because we loved the stuff we brought from them and would have definately gone back again and again , and even the the takeaway coffees were good , only to be let down by the worst customer service I have ever experienced .
