The former Port Authority building has been meticulously restored and decorated with a Moroccan colour scheme, beautiful parquetry and marble floors, and has now established itself as The Trust. Head chef Spencer Patrick, who is the youngest chef to receive the coveted Michelin Star in London, has designed a menu incorporating both the traditional and modern using seasonal produce for inspiration.

I returned during a great promotion and found the food better than ever. Classic Italian food with lots of great choices and and some wicked desserts. The 50% off promotion was such a great idea- might even go back before it ends June 15. By reservation/booking only.
