The Verandah Restaurant

The tapas style food was great and their signature dessert of souffl was delicious. I loved how they offered different sizes of tapas - for four or two people. The only thing lacking was the service. It was rather lazy, wine glasses left on our table till the end of the meal that were not in use, reminders to get us water when initial requests failed and just a drop of the plate without any interaction.

My family and i went for my birthday and was blown away with everything! The place is beautiful, and we got a lovely table next to the fire. The staff were friendly and professional and the food....AMAZING! We had 8 courses and everything was delicious and interesting! Can't wait to go back!

I took my family there to celebrate Xmas. Great setting overlooking the vineyard. Kids menu offered good value for money. A little disappointed with one or two of the tapas dishes. The duck pancake tasted as if the duck was burnt and arrived 15mins late after all the other dishes. The standout dish was the prawns on a risotto base which were great and the family enjoyed the cheese platter.
