Best choice for coffee in Balwyn. The guys surely know how to run a business - they are polite and if you go there you'd see how hard they are working and how dedicated they are. The coffee is great and there are some really nice cakes to choose from.

I enjoyed my visit here so much that within 2 weeks I went three times. The coffees are spot on perfect. The meals are simply amazing. The sweets are superb. The staff friendly and so efficient. So if I have a complaint it is that they do not open 24/7 - in other words, I cannot fault them except for wanting to go more often.

After a few tries, have decided to give 'em a miss from now own. The service is spotty; today they forgot my daughter's hot chocolate while bringing two coffees promptly - we had to ask after the chocolate 15 minutes later. Despite a request for no pepper, no green (parsley) on the eggs, they were fully peppered, meaning daughter didn't touch and I didn't enjoy. Over the years they have become a bit pricey; that's fine, but for my money, I want to get things as promised and promptly!
