If I could give a zero score I would! I ordered my items in early March 2018 & as of June 2018, I still hadn't received my order. I had very sporadic email contact from the owner, but only when I sent one. I would not reccomend this business to order your wedding items from.
Ordered a cake stand weeks ago !!!! Still not here ( Melb) ... she sent it to nsw lol now Sheena said I would have my cake stand before the 28th today is sat 26th and my appointment is 9am on the 28th so the cake maker won’t have my stand !!!! Also have rang shop number continuously over last couple weeks and no answer ever !!!! Then I have sent emails asking for her contact number one that I would actually be able to get a hold of her on , or for her to contact me on, that question has been avoided .... so very disappointed in the customer service and the lies that goes with it ..... my husband also sent an email and didn’t get a reply at all !!! a good business wouldve just sent me a new stand the second they realised it was there fault in the first place and waited for the other one to be re address to their shop
