They are the most unprofessional people I've worked with, and I'm going to share some of my experiences with you: - bond agreement was changed last minute to double the agreed amount... after we signed the lease... and worst of all, it was changed informally with a pen. - white grout that has changed to a light grey colour after 4 years is not wear and tear according to them, and they made me clean the grout for hours.. this was a few months after we moved out, and new tenants were already living there. - new tenants moved in before we were given our final inspection report... umm, what the?! - they took us to the tribunal for something we did not damage... 5 months after we moved out... without speaking to any of us before the tribunal. I find it hard to believe that a company this clueless is still up and running. Just don't waste your time because they will waste yours. And I'm pretty sure decency is not in their vocabulary.

Our dealings with a specific staff was one of the most UNPROFESSIONAL and UNPLEASANT experiences we have had. I would never ever recommend them. Not only do they never attend to issues of concern that you raise with them. Maintenance work was required to the property whilst we lived their and this was never done and even before reletting out the same property after we vacated it this was never done and the property has been advertised for lease without the work being completed. When you speak to them on the phone they are rude and abrupt and not to mention you can hear in the background other staff members commenting on the conversation using obscene language. I was utterly disgusted with all dealings with them.

A very bad experience. The agent was rude and never turned up on time. When agent finally did turn up for the inspection I asked why they were wait and agent simply stated "I do not answer to you". Very very disappointing.
