Thrifty Charter

I have never been treated with the disrespect that I was by Barrier Car Rentals (agent for Thrifty). I was called (one week later) and was informed that my credit card had not gone through and that I needed to provide details of a new card. I asked for the information to be sent through more official lines, as I could not tell over the phone whether the person was representing Thrifty Car Rentals. At this the employee became abusive and tried to bully me into giving him the details. In the end, it was discovered that the airport employee wrote down the incorrect expiry date. However, instead of sending me any form of an apology, I was sent an email "I respect your concern that you had with someone calling you for your c/card details over the phone. Thank you for your understanding in the end as all it was a wrong date". I was certainly not respected and am shocked that they think this is the way that a customer of theirs should be treated.
