I contacted TIG today at 8:30 am to inquire about a crate i am waiting on from Edisons,Sydney...i noticed its been in Brisbane since the 30th of last month.
The operator this morning told me the delivery address is 119 xxxx st Boronia 4020 i told her there has been a mistake,the delivery address is 119 xxxx st " Scarborough " 4020.She said she would correct it and call me back with the details of when i will get my crate.
I waited all day and no one bothered to call me so i called again...this time it was a male operator,i gave him the tracking number TIGMIL918558 and he said it is scheduled to be delivered to the same wrong address as this morning..,when i told him that i called this morning and the operator said she was going to change that address and call me back to confirm a delivery date...his reply was rude and extremely volatile saying he,s not the one delivering the crate..."what did ...read more
Wayneee mate I feel your frustration. TIG ruined my daughters Xmas as after 7 days they have no clue where the freight is and if it's even left left Melbourne for Golbourn. They are an absolute joke of a company.
Wayneee I got the male operator as well once today and he was annoyed at me for calling to enquire about the freight as well. Whe you ring to ask where your freight is you feel nervous as they get mad at people asking where their freight is. I have never seen a business before that offers such terrible customer service and makes the customer feel bad for asking questions about where their parcel is. Mate TIG Freight is the worst freight company ever.
