If anyone is looking for a really good Property Manager, I would defintely vote for Time Conti Sheffield. They are very friendly and helped me with all my tenancy questions. Always had a smile and were very quick in responding to any questions I had.

Cindy and her team are the most difficult and dodgy people to deal with. They have a long history of questionable actions when it comes to the final inspection. The poor owners are not getting what they are paying for to have their investments looked after.
If you do some research on the 5 star reviews you will notice that it’s friends and family that post them. Only trust the negative reviews that date back years
It is not uncommon for tenants to be unhappy at the end of a tenancy when we find that cleaning and damages are not as per the PCR.
All of the reviews are unhappy tenants who felt that the final inspection was too harsh. We always run our findings past the owner for approval before contacting the tenants. We are acting in the Owners best interests. Perhaps if you would like to identify yourself we could be more specific in relation to your review?
As for the 5 star reviews, whilst it is true that we do at times request for these reviews, they are genuine and bona fide reviewers, with some Owners and Tenants actually detailing their excellent reviews of our company. Many are also happy to stand as referees. Yes, sometimes we rent to friends and family of staff – with the Owner’s permission, and some of our Owners are friends and family of staff as well.
They get most of it right but communication is bad and inconsistent. If you terminate your lease don't be surprised if they make silly bond claims and try to drag it out. I waited a month to get my bond back for a 300 dollar claim. My advice is use them if you must but be extremely vigilant and be prepared to go to court if you want all of your bond back.

On another note, bond disputes are the most common issue in property management. Which is why our PCR is one of the most thorough ones in the industry so that both Owners and Tenants can keep track and maintain their properties, point for point. VERY BAD COMMINICATION AND DISHONEST ,PLEASE DONT TRUST THEM,I AM CURRENTLY LIVING WITH THEM AND SINCE FIRST DAY I HAVE PROBLEMS,THEY ARE NOT HELP FULL AND NOT COPRATIVE,PLEASE BE CARE FULL WHEN YOU START RENTING WITH THEM.ALL I SAY AVOID THEM.

Hi Zainab, I'm looking to rent a property and I saw many horrible reviews about this company. I've checked with a friend of mine who ever rented from this company before and the way he described to me is a nightmare. Is there anyway I can communicate with you directly to find out more? Cos this house we saw we really like, but judging from the reviews given, I have my reservations.
