I purchased a pre built PC from Isaac, a couple months in to owning it, it started to have issues. Over the phone he had me do a few things to find out what the problem is through process of elimination. We figured out what the problem is which is a faulty Motherboard, due to whoever built it not doing appropriate checks of the build before shipping it to me. He assured me that he would pay for it to be shipped back so that he could fix it and then send it back. This did not happen. I have been trying to call and message him ever since to no avail. Ive sent messages asking him to just send me a new motherboard so i can have it fixed myself, but still no call back, and no reply to any messages. This has been going on for months now and i dont know what to do.
Isaac, the main rep, was fantastic in replies early on and helping me build the perfect computer for the budget I had. His prices were great, and his friendly attitude made it very easy for me to create, and build my PC. Titan Tech IT is a legitimate business who I would claim competes on levels of other main computer suppliers and builders in the NSW region, and would recommend them to anyone who wishes to build a PC.
