Please do not waste your time with this company. I booked a stripper for a hens night and paid the deposit months in advance. The day of the hens night I sent the company a quick text just to double check everything was still a go. The staff, tried to tell me that my booking wasn't for another month, then tried telling me it was actually for that coming Saturday, and then started screaming and abusing me telling that this was my fault that I didn't make it clear that it was for a Wednesday night as they never get bookings for a Wednesday night. I brought to staff attention that I had stated the day and the date on three different occasions in writing. Staff then started screaming at me that the guy I had requested wasn't available and that it wasn't their fault that staff didn't get into contact with me to request another guy. Very unprofessional company. Will never use their service again. Tried calling to confirm times & prices and the staff was very vague. After a miscommunication between the staff and a stripper, the staff would not talk to me & switched their phone off. Turns out 1 man didn't show up at all and the other came very late & would not do the waiter service (as we paid for) and stripped only. Very very disappointing especially for a hens night we had booked 3 months in advance! Stay away from this company!!!!

Do not risk your special occasion by booking their entertainment. We booked and deposited months in advance for my hens night on Saturday. On the night at 5pm as all our guests were arriving we received a phone call to say no one would be available for our booking! Not sure if we will even get our deposit back of $160!! Most disgusting customer service with management being so disorganised! Stay away from this company at all costs!
