I'm really fussy about my meat, it has to be grass fed (and finished) and at Tom's you're getting nothing but the best. Small stall but everything is fantastic, particularly his lamb burgers - the best in the business! Eating organic isn't always cheap but I love that the guys will work with me to get the best cuts to suit my budget, and give me great cooking ideas. They also get a lot of the stuff I'm into from a health perspective, such as bone broth for gut healing. They're all incredibly friendly and always up for a chat. These guys really care, they've even just moved to paper bags (at a cost) to reduce waste. Huge fan - great meat and great guys!
