Toodyay Brook Jams and Preserves was created to create quality preserves using our own tree ripened fruit. Quality preserves require premium fruit.

An interest in horticulture and a desire for premium fruit saw the planting of a small orchard of different varieties of fruits on the ownerâ??s property that runs alongside the Toodyay Brook.
Hence the name evolved as Toodyay Brook Jams and Preserves.
All the Jams and Preserves listed on this the website are tried and tested but other new ones evolve as time permits.
All preserves are based on homegrown seasonal fruits. Being seasonal not all products are available all year round.
