Top Cut Tree Services

We have used Top Cut Tree Services over the last 7 years, big jobs and small, and found them very reasonably priced and efficient. We have NEVER had a problem and would highly recommend them.

Bad service!!! I had a palm tree cut down yesterday. This company left my garden bed trashed! Ground down tree was dumped on my other plants, big rocks were thrown on my other plants breaking (and will kill them). I rang the management to complain and they don't care. Don't they read these reviews? I hope other people do read them and don't use this company!!!

Never Use this service - Go Elsewhere - You Have been warned ! In 2008, I paid $2000 to have two trees cut down, they cut down one and said they will come back the next day, they never did. They denied any wrong doing and never returned calls. I had to pay $660 to get another tree cutter to fix up their mess and $1700 to hire a crane because I was getting construction work done and the tree was not removed, Im over $4300 out of packet. We took Top Cut Trees to the Consumer Trader and Tenancy Tribunal in Penrith (Feb 2009) and on that day, the company wound up and we lost everything. The solvency company Setter Shappard after two years sent us a cheque for $911, Top Cut Trees uses leased equipment and has no assets, you will not get your money back if you have a problem. I will never recommend this company to any one.

they came to lop a tree at a house i am tenanting , they did not notify me of the date and entered the premises without my knowledge of when they were coming. they moved things around on my property and didnt contact me to advise the job was done. i have since had to book them in again to grind the stump and they are not willing to do the job while i was on leave from work, they couldnt understand why i didnt want anyone on the property while i was not there, its just common sense and security. they advised they will come after work but were not happy about me stating the time and date.

I do not recommend this company. They broke our fence over a month ago and still have not returned to fix it, when they were going to they didnt turn up and didnt to let us know. They took the panel they broke about 2-3 weeks ago so i assumed they would be comming back to fix it soon but still no sign . I have spoke to them and each time the staff didn't wanted to help me and keeps giving me excuses for why they haven't returned.
