Torque Honda

Most recently we purchased a second Honda CRVs & this time chose Torque Honda North Lakes. There is a guy there called Matthew. He actually listened to what we required. Yes it was, as we requested, a swift straight-forward emotionless business transaction. However, we were happy with the price discussion & importantly, right until the end, the level of service from Torque Honda North Lakes was exceptional. If you’re buying a Honda in Brisbane, I recommend Torque Honda for both price & service.

My husband & I went to buy a CRV on Sat the 20th Jan. The guy said theres no point in us taking it for a test drive coz we were $2k off the driveaway price & they couldnt go down that low. NO interest at all in selling a vehicle that day. NO interest in us fullstop. Worst customer service we have ever seen. Walked out gobsmacked. Drove straight to Northside Honda at Nundah & bought a CRV Vti-s. AMAZING service there. Do yourself a favour & dont bother with Torque at all.

I put a deposit on a used vehicle there, and before I could arrange cash payment for the vehicle (which was about two weeks) they had sold the vehicle to someone else, they never even made a follow-up phone-call after I put the deposit down to see how I was going with payment.
A week earlier I was the only person in the same dealership and was looking at the same particular vehicle for about thirty minutes with no sales person around to inquire about said vehicle so I left, then I did an online inquiry of the vehicle after I left the car yard, and within 10min I get a phone call from a sales person. I have dealt with many car yards over the years with never an issue like this, I found this one to have extremely poor front-line customer service and I would defiantly not recommend dealing with them in the future.
I wonder how many other Torque dealerships treat their potential customers like this????

Had my car serviced here a couple of times and can safely say never again. They charged me for things they clearly never replaced, such as my windscreen wipers, which, whilst I was driving in extremely heavy rain, broke and had the wiring scratch my windscreen. When I called them about it, they didn't seem to be bothered at all. Who knows what else they claimed to have done, but didn't do.

Service guys are good here. Ian in particular is great and they usually give an accurate time on how long it's going to take so you're not sitting around for ages after they've told you it's ready.
Going to keep servicing my car here.
