I bought 3 fridges from these people for my business the cake display fridge FED brand has broken down 2 times in about approx 6 months. First the capacitor then the compressor each time takes a few days for them to send a guy out to fix it. And now it smells like wool from shearing a sheep inside the fridge. Because its obviously faulty having 2 things breaking on it we asked for our money back but they refuse to give it back say they have the right to fix it each time costing us trade because we cant display our products to the customers. Now have to complain to the comsumer affair people.
Highly recommend for any business buying equipment for their business not to buy from them because if it is faulty they will not return money. I wouldn't buy FED brand again either. I wont be buying anything from these people again.

It is disappointing to read this review.
From time to time issues, out of our control, do occur with equipment we sell. To our knowledge your cake display fridge has been repaired under warranty, in a timely manner, by FED. Unfortunately, due to other jobs, it is not always possible to get a service technician on site within the same day. We understand our customers concerns when equipment fails and we believe FED attended your site out of normal service hours to rectify this for you.
Your unit has a 3 year warranty (subject to it being serviced annually) so if there are still issues, such as the smell which you have eluded to in your review, please contact our Service Department on 1300 355 769 or FED direct so that we can assist you further.

Wasted time and Lost a Money.
I paid 100% advance for their equipment and installation service, they demanded.
That was my big mistake.

This women was attempting to decieve my company. We went to court and she lost. She ordered and paid for a commercial washing machine. After it was delivered halfway across Australia, she decided she did not want it any more. There was absolutly nothing wrong with the unit as it was brand new and still in its box. She lied and was caught out.
