Who we are:

We are a division of Total Focus Australia, offering personal counselling and coaching services on the Central Coast.

We specialise in assisting the ? worried well ? that is, people whom are experiencing relationship breakdown, loss, family issues, work trouble, financial pressure, etc leaving (normally) ? happy, functioning ? people, depressed, anxious and even traumatized.

The Counsellors are qualified, experienced members of the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science.
