Claim Inquiry number: 223799, Do Not Buy the Extended Warranty Total Nissan will want to upsell you (done through National Warranty Company) it is useless and nothing but a hassle. Originally National Warranty Company replaced the Flywheel & Clutch Kit with Total Nissan under warranty, which was a painful and took 16 days. Has failed again and only found out from Total Nissan that they replaced the clutch kit with a cheaper aftermarket assembly. Have now been stalling the repair for over 3 weeks. 3 weeks of constant phone calls and hassles, in my opinion a strategy to make the customer pay for the repair themselves because they need their car back on road. National Warranty Company say they will pay for a rental car but will not pay for a rental car until your claim has been accepted which took weeks in both my cases. If you want to buy a new car pls don't go to this dealer they rip you off completely, very bad customer service very rude staff, not happy..

I booked my Mitsubishi 380 Platimum for complete front and rear disc brakes replacement, service, headlamp, tail lamp and wipers replacement. During the service other issues were found. These included brake and power steering fluids needed replacement. Air filter element and CV boots required replacement. The Service team kept me informed of the progress and provided return free shuttle to Carousel Mall. The Service team provided a quotation for all required work and the work was completed on the second day. I was offered a loaner Nissan Pulsar until my car was ready. Service team called me when the car was done. When I collected my car I was pleasantly surprised to find it washed and vacuumed. The work was completed to my satisfaction and at competitive pricing.
