I made an appointment over the phone, went in uphold the appointment, the excuse for a staff, without even looking at the book, said it wouldn't be here, you must have the wrong place, no apology for bad service, just stared at me. Likely, even though I was born in NSW, not a local, even though I run a business here also, another small business that doesn't want business and ruins tourism with a bad attitude, I would rather go to Sydney and Melbourne.
