WARNING.these twits measured and quoted the wrong size.the pack delivered was 15deg pitch not the 10deg pitch it should be.the pack is also missing the apex plates.and is 14cm to narrow.over 3 months ive had enough of excuses and no call backs.im taking it back. Worse experience of my life.will probably end up in court. Unbelievable

Do not even bother with these guys! They own Strathpine too! Took far too long to build my carport. Forced me to remove the old carport which I double checked as it would mean 100m2 of water would have no drainage if it rained. They stated the builder would be there any time in the next 2 weeks and it had to be removed. Took over 3 months to build from them telling me this. Had 3 major storms where I was outside bucketing water from under my house. Caused major cracks to 6 brand new internal walls, flooded under my house and buckled my brand new front door. Made excuses for everything and ended up refusing to answer emails. Extremely unimpressed with their customer service and eventually had to instigate a legal team, and of course the next day they turn up to build. Spoke to other people after signing the contract and was laughed at because these guys are known to be terrible! At everything!

Totalspan of Morayfield erected a carport for me during the second half of 2014.
I was completely satisfied with the timing, the follow through and follow-up. Jeremy Eastwood, Sales/Design/Liaison = Project manager was very professional, helpful and very prompt with advising on all phases and aspects. The Installer, Darryl , did a fantastic job! All work was completed on schedule. I am so delighted with the results that I've engaged Totalspan, Morayfield, to construct a second carport. Full five-star rating.

Beware of this company, we ordered shed on 10th oct 2013 and still waiting for it to be put up after 6th jan 2014 , you have to pay all money upfront, and as soon as they have your money they dont want to know you, plus dont give receipts for your payments and leave you in the hands of contract installers then after phoning you and saying your next on list we find ourselves with kit and roller doors blocking our driveway for more than 25days, nothing they can do ,its up to when contract installers can come , so be aware they are so nice to you until you are signed and payed then forget it nothing they can do .
