Touch Of Class Garages And Verandahs
I found Touch off Class thru Stratco. Love the quality of the Stratco Products and wanted to get one of their installerrs. Ryan was the first to give me a quote and was very patient with me while I fine-tuned the speiificattio orr the garage we wanted built. Job went to Budget and quote.
Touch off Class was hapy to arrange for the replacement of a dodgy pergola with a new Statco one with the extra height i requested.

balcony didnt pass building inspection and refused to fix it. Had to pay another contractor to do the work
Congratulations on making it to inspection. Ryan has happily tken our money for permit and not completed work. Not sure how many times a computer router is not working or truck breaks down so can't make it. I suppose i didn't get a phone call because that is broken as well.
this was buildt by another company which subcontracted to touch of class. Although it should have passed there was over two years between the time we finished and the time it was reported to me. It took so long to be noticed because the builder went bank rupt owing us for several units of balustrade and the houses where not completed. As i mentioned to the lady the balustrade was never paid for there for does not come with any type of warranty. I was more than happy to go look at if if there was a reasurance that i would get paid for it. She didnt think this was up to her. Sorry but if you dont pay you dont get any warranty
