We had been warned. We will never leave our pets there again. Convenience made us choose this pet resort. Be warned. If you drop off your pet(s) on a Saturday, you cannot pick up until after 1pm Sunday. That is considered 2 days. The staff said that even if we could have picked our dogs up at 9.30am on Sunday that would be 2 days, because they were there on Saturday, and on Sunday, which is overnight - but in this businesses estimation - 2 days - go figure??. So our $30.00 stay became $60.00. When we booked this was NOT explained, and it is not on their website. We were looking for somewhere to leave our 2 dogs for a 2 week overseas holiday in September. We will go elsewhere.
