DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- I never write reviews, but I couldn't let this one go without warning you before you get scammed as we did. They will undercut all competitors only to charge you $1000 extra after picking up your furniture, they will then insist that they just didn't see the rest of the items provided and will hold you at ransom by refusing to deliver your furniture until you pay up the extra amount on a new quote. Don't bother speaking to management as they have no regard for customer service and can not own up to their fault. They sub-contract their work to unprofessional, old trucks. There are more professional companies out there for less do your homework and don't be scammed by these degenerates. They also damaged our apartment while removing furniture, which we now have to pay for to be repaired.
Booking with Transcorp was seamless however the actual delivery and after care was the worst customer service I have EVER experienced.
I booked an interstate removal with Transcorp, pick up was ok (One hour later then their three hour window) and I had to call twice to find out when they were coming.
I called to confirm delivery and time in the morning. Delivery did not occur during the three hour time slot, I called the transcorp again and they said they ...read more

The two guys were exactly on time and very thorough and professional and friendly. They got it done super quickly (I helped) and were absolutely wonderful.
I've never had such a great removal. Usually there's dramas or the guys are crabby and nasty.
