Absolute disgusting service. Booked and paid they weren’t happy with the packaging, repacked and then made to pay again prior to refunding the first payment. Paid for a tail lift in a residential area. Truck too big to even turn in the street turns up with NO tail lift. Call them get told they’ll sort it. 5 1/2 hours later and three emails. No response. Phone them no idea and can’t understand why I’m frustrated.
Take your money then blatantly ignore you.
Worst service in the country….!!!!!!!!!!!
And still 6 hours later no idea what
is going on…..

Transdirect would make a good story for A Current Affair.

Used Transdirect for over a year. I keep giving them a chance to improve but they always prove me wrong. Have not met another company that cares less about its customers.

Frequently misses pickups. Consignments late 90% of the time. Tracking service is hopelessly inaccurate or completely dysfunctional.

if anything goes wrong they make you wait over an hour for customer service When you finally reach someone they just blame the courier but never take responsibility themselves. Emails are not answered.

I feel sorry for the poor customer service staff who must take so much abuse from disgruntled customers.

This is one company that should not be in business. One day I will find the time to report them to A Current Affair.

Didnt pick up package on the day, waited for over 40 minutes with customer service but got it rebooked, apprently too busy so residential pick ups were just flat out ignored with no notification, but still fine im not in a hurry ill try again.
Day 2 and still a no show.
Got a refund after another lengthy wait on hold because I have no idea how many days im expected to leave my package in the strong wind and rain.

I have been dealing with Transdirect from mid March 2020 and would not recommend this company to anyone, they have no customer service at all. They lost our parcel and i have had to chase up every phone call every email that i have sent to them. You cannot talk to anyone in customer service it is all through email and no one wanted to help. We were covered by insurance but only got a third of our money back. Please do not use this company they will rip you off.

Long time customer, now refuse to use their services! Tracking number 0TRA14008143245 they over charged me $111.04 saying my item weighed twice the amount. Have called them, refused to help, have emailed, never heard back. And this seems to be a common occurance looking at the reviews!
