OMG! LOVED these guys! My husband got a recommendation from a neighbour about this business. They joked about making our Golden Elm look like Farah Fawcett, and they didn't disappoint! Lol. Their price was fair, they showed up when they said they would, and were great with our 2 dogs. I can't remember their individual names, but they were polite and good humoured. Will hire again for next year's pruning.
We had several quotes on removing a dead Gum Tree. Andrew from Tree Matters was the ONLY one who showed up on time for the quote, and gave us a fair price. He was pleasant, the crew were great with our dog and they left the place tidy with the job done efficiently. Highly recommended.

After last Thurs storm, Andy was prompt with a very affordable quote and then carried out the job with urgency on the Sunday after. No fuss and got the job done.
Andy seems to be very aware of being on time whether it be for a quote and the actual job.
Also did well in Arborist capacity on separate tree.
