Trivett Jaguar Alexandria

I had the missfortune to visit your showrooms 2 weeks ago.The reason to inspect the Jaguar range.Why because I had some work done on a Volvo 740 Turbo a few years ago and was amazed at the treatment I received. Therefore with the purchase of a new jaguar in mind I visited your showrooms. I was dressed in work clothes and despite wandering through the BMW, Honda, Volvo, Rangerover and Jaguar show rooms I was completely ignored by all exept a mature lady in the BMW showroom. I wanted information pamplets etc to decide which model I would purchase.I can say I was insulted by the complete disreguarde your staff gave me.I left and this has niggled me for 2 weeks. I will buy at another dealer.You need to train your staff with customer service. The sales manager needs to wake up possibly be replaced and learn that not everyone comes groomed to buy a vehicle.
