I cannot help but give these guys a bad review. First, I asked for a Denso alternator, sent them pictures etc to compare and confirm. After they confirmed they have one in stock, i made payment over the phone. They sent me a Bosch alternator which is completely different. I sent the alternator back at my expense and no refund. $243.40 out of pocket and no part. Contacted by phone and email a few times and nothing, just words, no action and this is the result. I have contacted Consumer Affairs Victoria so we will see how far this is going to go. I am not going to give in. Shocking experience. People, dont buy from this wrecker !
Always friendly service and best value secondhand parts in Melbourne. I've bought from them several times and their quote is always well below any other. They deliver quickly anywhere in Melbourne. The manager is friendly and helpful and even recommended a mechanic to install parts for me when I couldn't do it myself.

First, I ring up about a door, I ask if it has the door card, all trim, the window switches etc and am told it is just missing the regulator. so the door turns up with a nice dent, a tear in the door card and it has been stripped! I contact them a few times by email and ask them to send the rest of the parts plus an undamaged door card.. They informed me they'd found the window switches which I wanted, the door card and the outer plastic trim so I am happy.. then I received just the door card and outer trim NO WINDOW SWITCHES! I've not had a reply asking when the window switches are coming.
