This is a zombie business - their telephone has been disconnected, they are no longer fulfilling orders or responding to emails, but their website is still happy to take your money.

It has been like this since at least 2022 - when NSW Fair Trading issued a warning against them.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS - THEY ARE A SHAM.

Scammers. Take your money. Product never arrives and cannot be contacted. NO STARS.

Do not use this business, they will rip you off and not send any of the items ordered.

This business is so hit and miss. I have had 2 good orders which have arrived and 2 bad experiences
This time I received no confirmation email so I dont even have an order number to follow up I have tried contacting them 3 times and only receive a generic email that they are busy and expect a reply in 3-5 business days. I sent them a snapshot of the money taken out of the bank to prove the order.
1 month later still no response. I have had this experience with them before. Unfortunately they are the only place i found the sprite baby bath filter replacement.
All that being said, I am Gob smacked they get to operate as a business, they must be breaking consumer law on so many counts.

Do not buy from this company. Take orders that are never supplied, give dishonest dispatch details, after 6 months still no order, will not reply to emails or answer their phone !!!!! Not the first time I've had to get my credit card company to to a charge back. Maybe they just want the use of peoples money?
