The NSW Government has put out a warning not to engage with Tru Water!! I'm feeling very silly for not doing a 2-second Google search before I put in my order. I ordered a Zip filter, but they sent me a generic branded filter instead with no explanation. Worse, the generic filter seemed to be damaged, as it made a loud rattling sound when I moved it about. No replies to any of my emails. Avoid this company like the plague!!
I I purchased 2 filters from Tru Water on 2 May 2020 for $121.50. There were two issues with my order: (1) they only shipped 1 filter; and (2) they charged my $131.50. They did not respond to repeated emails or voice messages for over a month, and when they Finally did, Paul insisted that I simply do not understand anything about business, and that they do not make mistakes like this. No matter what, there are only two possible explanations for this: either they are incompetent, or they are committing fraud. I reached out to my bank, and they believe Paul is committing fraud. My bank reimbursed me in full...as Paul was unwilling to even look at my invoice and bank statement (to see that the charged amount is different from the authorized amount).
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I will defiantly do business with this company again, and will recommend to my friend and families.
Do not go near this company. I have had a terrible time with them. I ordered my filter December 7 and tried to request a refund Jan 13. A filter arrived (which wasn't event the one I ordered on Feb 1) and now they are telling me I have to pay a 25% re-stocking fee. STAY AWAY FROM THEM THEY ARE DODGY AS!!
