dined here for dinner with my husband before a comedy festival show at greek centre nearby. mixed dips $9 were great and tasted homemade (not bought from supermarket as you can find) although pita bread to mop it up cost extra $4 for 2. beers expensive (james boag premium $8). soup of the day (chicken) was OK $10 nothing wrong with it just not my favourite soup. grilled fresh calamari meal - moist and marinated, a little fishy taste but overall nice and plentiful but a little expensive at $30. waiter was a lovely guy friendly, welcoming, attentative. extensive menu, seating indoors and on street front with heaters
I must refer to a bad experience and I must because I have been here many times over the years and loved it. But the wrong staff attitudes... Yesterday at the Antipodes Hellenic community festival in the CBD I asked for three coffees from their outdoor set up and the waitress was not impressed where others were dining and so looked to the next customer. NOT how any customer should be treated
