Little Champions Training:
9-11 years of age
Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:30pm to 5:30pm

Junior Training:
12-14 years of age
Monday, Wednesday and Fridays 4:30pm to 5:30pm

Competition Level Advanced Training:
Monday to Friday 5:30pm to 7:00pm

Boxing, Fitness & Self Defence Boxing Group:
Monday to Thursday 7:00pm to 8:00pm
Friday 6:00pm to 7:00pm
