Tulip Tops Farm is only open for one month a year between September and October and is totally worth stopping by!
It's a private farm with hundreds of bloom trees and fabulously laid out tulip beds.
Easy to navigate with prams and lots of places to stop and sit as you wander.
For $16 entry you also get a free cuppa and a sausage or egg sandwich as part of the visit.
General consensus is that it beats Floriade and is a great few hours out.
Stunning colours and a credit to its owners!
