Horrible, Horribe Horrible, I now have a Massive Visable Chemical Burn on my hairline after relaxing my hair with Sue. No apology or consideration. She tripple booked us, Tried to make me pay way over the pricing on her website and what I paid the first time I saw her. Very bad phone manner and poor communication. Made us wait over 3 hours, trash talked her other staff. Salon was A MESS. Never Going Back!

The first time I booked to get my hair done here I had the owner, Sue, and another lovely lady working on braiding my hair. It took just under 5 hours, but it was sooo worth it because they looked absolutely amazing! I have been back too many times to count now and i wouldn't think about going to any body else. Sue always looks after everyone, she would never let you do anything to your hair that would ruin it which is something i really appreciate as it would be easy for her to say yes to anything for money. She's such a warm and loving person, everytime I leave the shop I have the biggest smile on my face! Thank you Sue :) !

I was in the salon for four hours for a cut and color and it looks like my hair was bitten off. The color is uneven and left dye all over the back of my neck and ears. And I left the salon with my hair half wet. It has cost me over $200 to fix what was done to my hair. Do not be fooled by the cheap prices.
