I submitted the Will questionnaire 21 days ago. They could not even bother to respond to my emails or answer my calls and I still do not have a draft Will. I have decided to use another law firm that promises to get a Will done in less than two days.

Dear Kanga2011, Thank you for proving more details. Whilst you have left the feedback on our QLD listing, the person you have referred to is based in NSW and as such we have passed on your message onto our NSW office.
I have used this firm previously and lost my insurance compensation case and had to pay their extravagant fees in addition to my own costs. I would not recommend this firm to anyone. When I asked simple questions about SC Adam's conduct in my matter I was simply given the attitude that "you cant win them all". Stay away from this firm there is so much choice out there.
Be careful if you use them it might just be your most expensive mistake ever.
