Christine is an absolute crook she claimed for my entire bond i couldn't be bothered going through the courts QCAT wasn't worth the wait and stress especially after my child died in the house that I was renting in Marsden, she had no compassion whatsoever, there were a few damages which I was happy to cover but $1880 bond is ridiculous. Don't ever trust these guys and if you leave the property go through QCAT if you can. I kept up with the rent every week no late payments. I will definitely be sharing my experience with the new tenants as well as on social media, Christine needs to stop ripping people off!

worse people to deal with.Christine was very rude.When we vacated the property done all the bond cleaning with their cleanres.still she was not happy.Paid for some issues that she bbrought up.After a month she came up with anothef fault and wanted us to replace the benchtop after the New tenant statred in that property.And she took all the bond money.Its like she wanted us to rennovate the old property.we are very unhappy with them .Stay away tenants

Ive also been renting from this real estate, and they are very rude, unreliable and unprofessional. They don't bother turning up for inspections and as i like to be home when they come into my home Im constantly left waiting for nothing. All they're concerned about is the property owner and couldn't care less about the tenant.

Such a pleasure to deal with the team at Twenty Four Seven Realty! We have rented through them for 4 years now and have never had a problem. We are only leaving as we have purchased our own home but would recommend them to anyone!
