What a professional friendly service Twin View Turf provide. From the first phone call for a quote the service was impeccable. Sam was very helpful and efficient in providing not only the quote but information needed with relation to completing my job. I rang around a couple of places for comparative quotes but come back to Twin View purely for the excellent service. Delivery of the turf was also seamless, the driver very efficient and helpful in getting the turf to where i needed it. The follow-up was also impressive, a thank you note from Sam in the mail and a small token gift was a really nice touch. Oh and the turf is beautiful and lush and looking fantastic! I will certainly be back if needed for another project, and absolutely recommend to anyone i know in the market for new turf.

It has taken me some time to write a review as I didn't want to cause a rucus but I feel the need to speak up. We had new lawn laid by a landscaper reccommended by Twin View Turf. The landscaper was very nice and nothing was too much trouble. My issue is not with him but the turf itself. We selected Sir Walter which we believed to be shade tolerant grass. It was beautiful once laid but the problems started shortly after. We followed all instructions as far as watering and then later mowing etc (our neighbours can attest to that!) and for the first month it looked superb. Then came the nutgrass in places we had never seen before and the what we believed was lawn grub (matted patches of dead looking grass) across the nature strip and in the back lawn area. Also in the back where we have a couple of shady corners the grass is dead with only a few shoots showing. We are extremely disappointed as we spent thousands of dollars on this job! The service was great but the turf was not so great. Turned up with hardly any soil attached and still hasn't taken after 3 and a half weeks.
The first lot I laid was great with a nice amount of soil, I'm not sure why this delivery wasn't the same. Great service though on both occasions.
Great service n quick delivery. The Sir Walter Grass is fantastic n the certificate, info and book that comes as apart of buying the turf is a wonderful addition to the experience. My wife is already saying she is a lawn widow n spending all my time with the lawn as it just looks so good. Will buy again from you and recommend to anyone to buy from here. Cheers Ray
