I'm sorry, I reckon you must have gone to another Fish and Chip shop. This is one of the BEST take away shops in Hobart (and one of the busiest), I actually come from New Town to buy my fish and chips here. I find the below comment hard to believe! The owner goes out of his way to accommodate customers,
and I have found the customer service is excellent, and believe me, I do care and expect the best customer service.
ordered crumbed fish, staff gave us battered. would not listen to reason, would not swap fish over for correct product! we insisted the order was fixed, but could not help us in any way so we left with no food short of $25, we are pensioners. No food - lost our money. worse take away food experience ever, you owe me.
