As one of the very first to become a certified practitioner of Charles Poliquin?s revolutionary Bioprint system, Ty distinguishes himself from other trainers by his holistic and individualized approach to health and wellness.
His secret to coaching his clients to achieve rapid results in both fat loss and hypertrophy, lies in tailoring his training and nutritional recommendations to the individual by interpretation of bloodwork to balance hormones and correct micronutrient deficiencies.
As a proficient and passionate speaker, Ty shares his knowledge and experience with the public by conducting seminars and education sessions from within his home club in Fitness First. In these sessions he guides open discussions on a number of topics ranging from nutrition for fat loss, baseline supplementation and training for fat loss and hypertrophy.
A self confessed nerd for all health related topics of interest, he takes a special interest in functional medicine, nutritional medicine and training for fat loss and hypertrophy, as well as strength and conditioning that targets restoring function and structural balance to the body.
