Purchased a new wrx was delayed 2 days later I had noticed back of bumber bar was re painted and car had over spray ,I was rushed on pre deleviry to get the vehicle out of there then when I questioned the repainted bumper I was accused of doing it my self very bad service and also rude ,nobody wanted to help me out ,I will never purchase another vehicle from any tynans again
Tynan sold as a new Jeep Compass and promise us that the car will be delivered within one week, as it turn out, it been two month and still no car. We phone Tynan dealership every week to inquire about the car, and every-time we ask to speak to the sale representatives and the general management they seem to busy with a customer or on a training day, as a result we were put on hold for a very long time and was ask to leave a phone number to be called back later that day (never called back). All we need is a straight answer from the beginning of the estimated delivery date. As it is there job to know the delivery dates of the cars and inform the customer.So still waiting for the car and don't know when the car will be delivered and will never buy a car from them again. Very unprofessional and Incompetent team at Tynan. If i knew it will take this long i would have gone to another dealership.
Everything from the sale to the delivery was perfect. Staff could not do enough to help me with every question I had, and were always kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I have had bad experiences with other dealers before, so I couldn't believe how easy Tynans made this purchase! I will only buy from here in future! :)
Tynan sold us a brand new Kia Carnival that had a known engine fault throughout all cars of that make and model. They did not fix the car under warranty and took 6 weeks for it to get fixed and cost around $6000 out of my pocket. Couldnt care less eventhough we have 4 young kids to care for.
