I requested a premium brand of tyres, paid the price. Got home checked the tyres, were not the ones I had asked and paid for. When i contacted them I was told they not having the ones i asked so they put another brand on and supposedly discounted the price. This without the customer knowledge, the receipt was recorded as a cash purchase so the issue could not be followed up. When asked for replacement tyres was told needed to pay an extra on top of the price paid for the premium price for premium tyres. Not recommended, find a company that discusses your purchases at the time, not simple revolving door service.
