Ultra Care Medical Centre

Terrible service, I would not recommend this Medical Centre to anyone. The receptionist told me today that there would only be a 20 minute wait. After one hour of waiting I asked the receptionist how much longer I would have to wait and she told me I was next. Even after she told me I was next, other patients were being called before me that had arrived after me. I waited another 15 minutes and then decided to leave, I couldn't help but feel that I was forgotten about. This is disgraceful especially when the sign out the front says only a 30 minute waiting time.

Disgraceful service. The drs are great, but the way the practise is run is disgusting! We booked 2 appointments by the health engine app as last time we walked in the rude receptionist told us we should have made appointments! So we did this time my hubby and son arriving 15 minutes early had to wait almost 3 hours to see the 1 dr they had on. For a practise to run efficiently by appointment they shouldn't be accepting walk ins as well especially when only using one dr. It ran a lot faster and smoother before they brough the appointments system in. The reception staff they use now are rude and not helpful! If you can't run by your own schedules stop accepting more appointments and walk ins so you can cope with the over filled waiting room!

A great medical Centre that actually and Dr Aziz is friendly and very helpful and wants to help you with your medical issues that you may have.

I always took my family to surrounding DR's before this medical centre open, Once opened it was so convenient with the chemist directly opposite, then I met Dr Aziz, instantly he became the family DR for my large family.

All the staff are great, and assist in every possible way, Ive seen all 3 Dr's that work there and all are great, however Dr Aziz is just a step above. He will always be our GP going forward.

I have followed Dr Aziz to the new surgery that he and 2 other Dr's OWN, I love the fact they own it as it means I have a Dr I can rely on and I know I wont have to search for another Dr being this is Owned by the Dr's who work in it :) which = BONUS and reliability . I like have a Dr who knows me and isn't moving on to another surgery in a years time.....which Dr Aziz and the other Dr's wont be doing as the owners .
The Ladies at Reception are so helpful and welcoming and the surgery is just beautifully built and thought-out, My kids also love the fact they have a Tv and Lolly pops on the counter for when they are good this is always a bonus for any Parent struggling with a child in a public place.
