Ultra Tune Kenwick

The service video and quotation system are great. However, they try to rip you off by making up random things that needs doing. I got my transmission fluid flushed and my air filter changed at Honda last service (9k km ago, 4 months), and then they say that my transmission fluid is 'dirty' and air filter needs replacing with an upper cylinder clean for $700.
Even though I rejected these, they still put them as dangerous/high recommendations on my service report. I went back to confront them about it after I saw it, and they refused to remove it and give me another report.
Go somewhere else, they will try to make things up to get themselves more work and then put it in your car service report.

My airbag light came on in my Captiva so I went to Holden and was quoted $100 for them to use their upmarket equipment to diagnose the problem. Checked internet reviews for airbag probs, Ultratune Kenwick was well promoted, so rang them .. 'come up now and we'll have a look'. It took under 2 minutes for the pleasant young man to find one of the plugs under the passenger seat had come loose, plugged it back in and headed back inside. Asked how much, he said 'it only took a couple of minutes, no charge'. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again. Trish

Felt a little ripped off, was charged $135 for 10litres coolant, felt overcharged and would definetly not go back or recommend.
