Uluru was a beautiful experience, the monolith has a quiet presence, the closer you get to it the more haunting and majestic it becomes. Both sunrise and sunset views at the designated lookouts are inspiring, and the drive around the base was really uplifting. It's a great opportunity to walk around the base, so make sure you do it. The cultura centre was well worth the visit - very educational and thought provoking displays. The art work at the store was also very beautiful and affordable. It's great to know that a significant portion of it goes back to the artist and the community as well.
