It is expensive, electricity is not included and there is no internet really; Houses are not clean as well. Swimming pools are not cleaned well, gyms are out dated However they are close to Griffith uni, quiet and well furnished.
On top of the rent there is a hidden expense which is cleaning fee after you leave. They never tell you about that fee.
