I'd move companies if I had the option but as I can't United Energy feel that they can impose unacceptable call out times, 8 hours to attend a power outage when they originally said 4 (aparently it seems they only have one call out team so if there's a major outage somehere else, you can kiss service goodbye) and then they quoted up to 12 hours to re-connect after the problem resolution. It's a shame we can't change these sort of companies like we can billing companies
