I called to make an appointment for a haircut, and I wanted to know how much it would be. They wouldn't give me a straight answer. How long is my hair? How much do I want taken off? Do I want a blunt cut or do I want a styled cut? I said "you don't have a standard price for a woman's haircut?" They said no. Potential long term customer - lost!
